· This form is only an inquiry and is NOT a confirmation.

· No space will be held at this time, but will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis after this form is reviewed and based on our availability.

Reservation requests may be made no less than 10 business days and no more than 90 business days prior to the event to allow for proper planning and the best possible experience.

· Upon receiving your request, we will contact you within 5 business days, Monday thru Thursday, to discuss availability, options, rental fees, etc..

Please be advised that gym usage is limited due to recurring activities that have been previously scheduled.

· If you are interested in a reservation for a one-time event, we encourage you to submit an inquiry request and we will review your request and determine availability.

Building Hours for Facility Rentals:
Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
Friday - Saturday, 9:00 am - 8:00 pm based upon availability for a minimum of 2 hours
We do not book private and community events on Sundays.

Guests are provided 60 minutes of set up time as well as 30 minutes of clean up time within building hours at no additional charge. If you require additional set up or clean up time, please notate this request in the Notes or Questions section at the end of this form. Additional fees may be applied.
